The women's shirt has a seven-button placket front with rounded pockets and scalloped flaps that use VELCRO Brand closures for easy access. These shirts come with elbow patch reinforcement for extra durability and has a high luster finish on the yoke and collar. It comes with permanent collar stays and has buttons that can be converted into metal buttons on the pocket flaps and shoulder straps.
