The breathe-flex is a dual firmness design with extra firmness for proper development on the infant side and extra comfort on the toddler side thanks to additional Flex-PE foam layers. The durable, poly/cotton blend cover has a food-grade waterproof backing. The breathe-flex has earned the coveted GREENGUARD Gold certification and is C.P.S.I.A. compliant to ensure there are no harmful chemicals. This mattress meets and exceeds all federal and state requirements for flammability and chemical composition and has earned the Certi-PurUS certification ensuring the foam is safe with no harmful air emissions.
