The Perception Tribe 13.5 Tandem Kayak offers the same playful surf action and trusty durability of its sisters within the Tribe series, but rounds out Perception's newest line as a versatile tandem kayak option. The sit-on-top design features a 3-seat configuration for up to two adults and a small child or family pet. Like the other Tribe models, the 13.5 is a good fit for discerning, price-conscious beginners or seasoned paddlers who believe that three's company, not a crowd. The Perception Tribe 13.5 Tandem Kayak performs adeptly in the surf and rough ocean, flat water, and lazy rivers. It offers the complete package of speed, control, and comfort. Molded foot braces and molded seating mean less moving parts to wear out. With two additional bow and stern handles, carrying and car topping is a breeze. The center seat is also positioned ideally to offer a great way to paddle solo.
