The Series 150 Top Rail serves as a code-compliant handrail for residential stair railings.The 42" DesignRail Classic Left-Hand Newel Post Kit in Textured Black is designed for level to stair railing transitions that have a 90-degree turn to the left. Both level and stair cables will terminate in this post: 11 Quick-Connect fittings in the level holes and 9 Threaded Terminal fittings in the angled holes. The post comes pre-drilled for both fittings; separate CableRail Kits are required for the level and stair sections.You will also need a 36" DesignRail Classic Quick-Connect Stair Post Kit for the bottom stair post and a 42" DesignRail Classic Threaded Terminal Level Post Kit for the other end of the level railing. Use one or more 36" DesignRail Classic Stair Rail Kits and 42" DesignRail Classic Level Rail Kits to complete your railing. Feeney standard 1/8" CableRail Kits 6200 Series for Metal and beveled washers for stairs are sold separately.
